Solingen, 19. Juin 2021 – pour la douzième fois consécutive, REO AG récompense trois performances scolaires exceptionnelles dans le domaine de la physique avec le prix REO Physikus. Dans le cadre de la cérémonie annuelle de remise des diplômes de fin d’études secondaires, les lauréats ont été honorés au Gymnasium Schwertstraße à Solingen.
«Les personnes qui allient engagement social et soif de nouvelles connaissances sont un gage d’un avenir meilleur pour notre société. Ce prix se veut une confirmation de leurs réalisations passées et, en même temps, un encouragement à poursuivre leur chemin », déclare Jasminka Usein, membre du conseil d’administration, et ajoute :La motivation et la reconnaissance des performances des jeunes sont particulièrement importantes dans le contexte de la pandémie de coronavirus. C’est pourquoi il nous tenait à cœur d’apporter notre contribution et, cette année encore, d’enthousiasmer les élèves pour le monde fascinant de la physique .»
Le prix REO Physikus est décerné pour la douzième fois à trois élèves du Gymnasium Schwertstraße à Solingen. Cette année, ont été récompensés pour leurs réalisations exceptionnelles dans le cours de physique de niveau avancé :
Johannes Schüle, Physikus en or
Karsten Römling, Physikus en argent
Alexander Wallrodt, Physikus en bronze
Avec la remise du prix REO Physikus, REO AG s’engage pour la promotion de la relève locale à son siège principal de Solingen. En effet, REO AG, en tant que fabricant mondial d’appareils et de systèmes électrotechniques et électroniques, a également besoin de jeunes professionnels. Jasminka Usein : Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec des universités, que ce soit à Berlin ou à Wuppertal. De plus, nous sommes également traditionnellement actifs et formons chaque année plusieurs jeunes en tant qu’électroniciens : à l’intérieur pour la technique d’exploitation ou en tant qu’employés de commerce de l’industrie. Jusqu’à présent, nous avons pu offrir à chaque apprenti un emploi permanent après la fin de sa formation. Ainsi, beaucoup de nos anciens apprentis occupent aujourd’hui des postes de direction, tant à notre siège principal à Solingen que dans nos autres usines à Berlin, Hennigsdorf, Kyritz et Pfarrkirchen. Même si certains, après avoir terminé leur formation, s’engagent dans une carrière universitaire, ils ne sont jamais complètement partis, comme on le sait. Chez REO, la porte leur est toujours ouverte en tant que futurs jeunes talents pour le domaine de la recherche et du développement. Si ce n’est pas une motivation ! »
