Le département de technique d’essai de REO a développé REOLAB 220, une gamme d’alimentations variables pour courant d’essai triphasées pour courant alternatif à haute intensité et basse tension. Les appareils fournissent des tensions allant jusqu’à 10 V et des intensités allant jusqu’à 10 kA (10 000 A), mais peuvent être adaptés selon les exigences du client. REO UK fournit les appareils REOLAB 220 aux laboratoires d’essai et d’assurance qualité au Royaume-Uni.
Les alimentations basse tension à courant fort sont utilisées pour différentes raisons dans les laboratoires d’essai. REOLAB 220 offre plusieurs avantages. L’appareil régule les fluctuations de tension et permet le réglage manuel ou automatique des valeurs de consigne d’intensité avec un courant de sortie sinusoïdal propre dans toute la plage de réglage.
Le courant alternatif à haute intensité est souvent utilisé pour tester les fusibles, les câbles, les bornes et autres connexions lorsqu’un test à l’intensité ou à la tension nominale est difficile ou inutile. En réduisant la tension, l’intensité peut être augmentée pour une puissance donnée, ce qui permet de réaliser les tests de manière plus flexible. La sécurité est assurée, car la tension d’essai est généralement inférieure à 50 V et est isolée du réseau par un transformateur d’isolement.
« Pour le contrôle qualité des fusibles, une intensité donnée avec un faible écart est souvent nécessaire », explique Steve Hughes, Managing Director de REO UK. « Avec une alimentation fixe, des fluctuations peuvent toutefois se produire en raison de la température, de la régulation de la charge et de la tension d’entrée. »
«Si l’intensité n’est pas automatiquement ajustée pour compenser ces fluctuations, les tests de rodage ou de stockage de longue durée peuvent être retardés, voire devoir être répétés. Les appareils REOLAB 220 permettent aux laboratoires d’essai d’éviter ces problèmes. L’offre de produits de REO peut être utilisée avec une valeur de consigne ou une valeur de sortie fixe à l’aide d’un potentiomètre ou même via un bus de terrain. Indépendamment des conditions de charge ou d’entrée, la régulation s’effectue alors via ce réglage .»
REO UK peut fournir soit uniquement les appareils eux-mêmes, soit un ensemble complet et clé en main pour l’intégration dans un système d’assurance qualité. Notre sélection ne se limite pas au courant alternatif à haute intensité. Des tensions élevées allant jusqu’à 8 kV peuvent également être fournies avec une limite de puissance maximale de 1 MVA ou 1 000 kW pour les systèmes à courant continu.
