As a global supplier of innovative resistive and inductive components, REO accepts the challenge of helping to shape social changes in the areas of life, industry, infrastructure and mobility. We meet the requirements of environmental protection by constantly working on improving the environmental balance of our products and production. To this end, we offer products for sustainable energy production and for the electrification of industries previously powered by fossil fuels. Through high-quality materials and careful processing, we save resources and extend the life of our products. This means less expenses for you, because you have to buy new products less often. TEST AND INSPECTION PROCEDURES

Quality assurance is a top priority at REO. REO products only leave our premises with absolute assurance of quality and performance. In this way, we ensure consistent quality of all products, components and complete solutions and stand for what has always distinguished REO: High quality and robust, low-maintenance products. State-of-the-art measurement technology, always kept up to date, ensures the highest quality of our delivered products. With a clear conscience, we can assume long service lives of over 30 years in some cases thanks to these tests and inspections. The life cycle costs, which are increasingly a reason for purchase for many of our customers, are comparably low thanks to the high quality of the components used and the associated shorter maintenance intervals. REO customers consequently benefit from an efficient product with low service costs over its entire service life. Our test and inspection procedures include:

CROSS-SECTOR ELECTRIFICATION WITH REO

The electrification of mobility continues to advance in all sectors of the economy, and REO components are already proving their resilience and reliability on a daily basis. These capabilities are particularly important in heavy vehicles: High dynamic forces, adverse environments and intensive continuous operation demand the highest level of quality.

REO offers a broad product portfolio with scalable performance specifically for these special requirements. One example of this is the NTT 9339/375/0.06 sine wave filters, which ensure a clean on-board power supply on electrically powered excavators. Whether in salty air, the finest dust or thick mud, the sinusoidal filters ensure trouble-free and low-maintenance operation. What remains hidden to many is the enormous technical effort required for trouble-free operation. Based on REO’s expertise, special EMC filters or chokes of the new N CNW series have been developed to eliminate interference in electrified vehicles.
