Le système de gestion de la qualité de REO AG est désormais certifié par TÜV SÜD dans le domaine d’application développement, fabrication et vente de composants électroniques et inductifs pour l’électrotechnique et la technique médicale. En tant qu’entreprise moderne et tournée vers l’avenir, il est évident pour REO de prouver et de vivre une qualité de produit et de service élevée vis-à-vis de ses clients.
Dans le cadre de la certification ISO, la filiale REO de Pfarrkirchen a fait l’objet d’un audit approfondi. « L’audit a été très fructueux », déclare Wolfgang Senninger, directeur de la filiale REO Pfarrkirchen, qui ajoute : « Il est bon de constater que nos processus sont non seulement compréhensibles et transparents, mais qu’ils sont désormais également contrôlés par un organisme indépendant et jugés bons. »
La certification ISO 9001 représente chez REO un processus de fabrication standardisé et constant de tous les composants utilisés. De l’approvisionnement en matériaux à la production et à la livraison, un système complet de documentation et de gestion garantit le respect des exigences souhaitées dans toutes les activités. Ce système de gestion de la qualité nouvellement introduit est considéré comme la base de l’amélioration continue et du développement durable des composants REO existants et nouveaux dans le domaine de l’électrotechnique et de la technique médicale.
Dans le domaine exigeant de la technique médicale en particulier, la certification ISO est donc un fondement important pour la fabrication de produits à haute disponibilité, afin de répondre au mieux aux exigences strictes des clients. Un système de gestion de la qualité bien fondé est la condition préalable à une croissance constante dans le domaine de la technique médicale.
