Solingen, le 17 février 2021 – REO AG, dont le siège principal est à Solingen, continue de développer sa gamme de composants pour moteurs électriques et de périphériques. L’entreprise poursuit ainsi sa voie dans l’électrification de concepts de mobilité nouveaux et existants, et reste ainsi fidèle à sa tradition presque centenaire.
Depuis 1925, REO développe et produit des composants électriques et a acquis au fil des décennies un solide savoir-faire technique. Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise propose des résistances de freinage, des Inductances, des filtres de courant et des transformateurs de courant spéciaux pour les entraînements électriques de véhicules, les applications marines et aéronautiques, avec une grande modularité des classes de puissance.
REO accorde une grande attention aux domaines d’application spécifiques des produits et, grâce à des procédés de production innovants, des processus de travail efficaces et un développement constant, donne des impulsions qui marquent le marché. REO AG a ainsi déjà pu mettre à profit sa propre expertise dans un grand nombre de projets internationaux de recherche et de développement et contribuer de manière significative au succès de nouveaux produits.
REO est fermement convaincu de l’avenir du moteur électrique : « Les entraînements électriques présentent un très bon rendement par rapport aux types d’entraînement traditionnels comme le moteur à combustion », constate Sven Reimann, membre du directoire et responsable du développement, et ajoute : « en même temps, les entraînements électriques présentent des avantages tels que la récupération d’énergie lors du freinage, un faible niveau sonore, une structure simple et ils ne provoquent aucune émission locale. Avec les composants REO, nous pouvons apporter notre contribution pour rendre les entraînements électriques meilleurs et plus efficaces. C’est pourquoi nous sommes convaincus que l’entraînement électrique a une place fixe dans l’avenir de la mobilité. »
S’y ajoutent une durée de vie plus longue, un fonctionnement sûr et quasiment sans entretien et des coûts réduits – à condition que les composants soient de haute qualité. Afin de garantir et de maintenir cette qualité constante et de pouvoir ainsi continuer à suivre les nouvelles évolutions, des contrôles de qualité approfondis ainsi que l’application de méthodes d’analyse très développées sont au premier plan du développement ou de l’amélioration des produits. Le respect des normes en vigueur, confirmé par des certificats de laboratoires accrédités, confirme l’exigence en matière de qualité.
En raison de la nouvelle ligne de conduite « Électrification », REO AG a regroupé ses forces dans la production de composants inductifs, résistifs et électroniques. Une énorme profondeur de fabrication dans la production globale dans les usines allemandes de REO et une indépendance vis-à-vis des fournisseurs implantés à l’échelle mondiale assurent la production et les livraisons.
