Avec le lancement des nouvelles séries N CNW, REO introduit la technologie d’enroulement sur chant dans la grande série. À partir de 2021, les séries CNW existantes seront progressivement remplacées par les nouveaux modèles N CNW. Par rapport aux modèles précédents, les filtres et les selfs peuvent être jusqu’à 10 % plus petits. Cela permet non seulement de gagner de la place, mais aussi de préserver les ressources grâce à une utilisation réduite des matériaux et de diminuer le poids total. Ceci est particulièrement important pour les projets exigeants, comme par exemple l’électrification de la mobilité urbaine, où l’espace et le poids sont des critères essentiels. Les composants REO peuvent être commandés pour ces applications et d’autres applications exigeantes avec des classes de protection élevées allant jusqu’à IP66. En général, le nouveau standard peut être adapté à tout moment aux souhaits spécifiques des clients ou à des exigences plus élevées, comme par exemple des exigences plus strictes en matière de chocs et de vibrations.
Plus petit, plus léger, plus sûr – et moins de puissance ? Pas dans le cas des nouvelles séries N CNW. REO a réussi à augmenter encore la performance des selfs et des filtres malgré la réduction des dimensions et de la masse. La perte de puissance a pu être réduite jusqu’à 25 %. Un progrès technique qui réduit considérablement les coûts d’exploitation.
Outre les avantages des nouveaux types de construction, REO promet des délais de livraison rapides. REO s’adresse ainsi en particulier aux fabricants qui développent des produits innovants ou qui, en raison de conditions générales modifiées, souhaitent encore équiper dans les délais les produits prévus avec les produits REO performants.
