Que faire après l’école ? Pour répondre à cette question que se posent de nombreux jeunes, REO AG a créé un nouveau portail d’information. Avec des reportages passionnants réalisés par les apprentis eux-mêmes, un aperçu des offres d’emploi actuelles et l’intégration de nouveaux médias, REO AG s’adresse aux acteurs de demain.
Pour bien démarrer dans la vie professionnelle après l’école, REO AG, dont le siège principal est à Solingen, a lancé une nouvelle plateforme d’information. Sur le site web ausbildung.reo.de, les apprentis actuels se présentent et donnent un aperçu direct de leur environnement de travail et des coulisses à travers des Stories. Les thèmes et les textes proviennent des apprentis eux-mêmes : ils traitent de jeux de société qu’ils ont conçus et construits eux-mêmes, d’hélicoptères solaires et de schémas de circuits. Philip Twellsieck, président du directoire de REO AG : « De nombreuses et passionnantes possibilités de développement attendent nos apprentis pendant leur formation. Il est très important pour nous, compte tenu de la situation actuelle du marché du travail, de le montrer avec le nouveau site web et d’aborder les jeunes motivés d’égal à égal. .»
Au-delà des Stories, le visiteur en apprend davantage sur les apprentis actuels et leurs domaines d’activité grâce à de courts films YouTube régulièrement enrichis. La campagne s’accompagne également de la création d’une chaîne Instagram sur laquelle les apprentis rendent compte de leur quotidien professionnel et de nouvelles Stories sont annoncées. Matthias Erdmann, responsable du marketing : « Nous pouvons aujourd’hui puiser dans un large éventail de mix marketing et atteindre les jeunes de manière ciblée. Nous avons reconnu les opportunités offertes par les moyens de communication modernes et souhaitons préparer au mieux les spécialistes de demain aux thèmes d’avenir. .»
De plus, de nouvelles offres d’emploi sur tous les sites allemands sont annoncées et décrites tant sur le site web que sur la chaîne Instagram. Les personnes intéressées doivent ainsi pouvoir se faire une idée aussi précise que possible des tâches futures.
